Oil-immersed transformer is an important distribution transformer, is now one of the distribution equipment widely used in electric power industry, electric power equipment in use process, electrical personnel need to be regular maintenance inspection, in order to better ensure the normal running of equipment, the fault do early found early treatment, improve equipment efficiency. Then, what are the main contents of oil-immersed transformer maintenance inspection? The main contents of oil-immersed transformer maintenance inspection are as follows:
1. Check whether the oil level and color of the transformer are normal and whether there is oil leakage
The oil level should be within 1/4 ~ 3/4 of the scale of the oil gauge. Oil surface is too low, should check whether oil leakage, if oil leakage should be power failure repair. If no oil leakage, should be refueled to the specified oil level. When refueling, pay attention to the temperature value marked on the scale of the oil gauge and add the oil to the appropriate level according to the current temperature. Check the oil quality by observing the color of the oil. The new oil is light yellow and turns light red after a period of operation. The oil with aging and serious oxidation is dark red. After the short circuit, insulation breakdown oil contains carbon, oil black.
2. Check whether the high and low pressure casing is clean and free of cracks, bruises and discharge marks
Surface cleaning is a prerequisite for the casing to maintain the insulation strength. When there is dust on the casing surface area, in rainy or foggy days, the dust will get wet and form the leakage current path. Therefore, dust on the casing should be removed regularly. Casing due to collision or discharge causes crack scars, will also make its insulation strength decreased, resulting in discharge. Therefore, if the casing is found to be cracked or damaged, it should be replaced in time.
3. Check whether the operating temperature of transformer exceeds the regulation
The temperature rise in the operation of the transformer is mainly caused by its own heating. Generally speaking, the heavier the load of the transformer, the greater the working current flowing through the coil, the greater the heat, and the higher the operating temperature. The higher the temperature, the worse the insulation aging and the shorter the service life. According to regulations, when the transformer is in normal operation, the upper oil temperature in the oil tank does not exceed 85~95℃.
